Thinking of Spring – 2022/17
The Golden Oriole have arrived back this week. I want to try and get a better photograph of one this year…
The Golden Oriole have arrived back this week. I want to try and get a better photograph of one this year…
It is the time of year when everything is coming into flower. Where ever you go, the colours look magnificent.
We are moving into early summer now as the daily temperature reaches 20 degrees most days.
Everywhere there is blossom and in places young fruit visible on my orchard trees. Spring has well and truly arrived!
The weather is changing, the birds are singing and I need to go and attack the weeds again!
Trees are in blossom everywhere you look at the moment. Soon the apples and pears, then the cherries. Spring is such a lovely time of year.
At the Vernal Equinox, the sun is high and warm here in Dol. It is lovely to walk though the Olive Groves in spring.
Although the nights are still cold, the spring bulbs at at their best and look and smell lovely.
Spring continues to advance as more bulbs open and others remain in flower.
Spring is here, even if the weather is still flipping between late winter and full Spring warmth
